Terms of Use
Last updated 30 September 2026
These terms cover your use of Automation Blueprints (“Blueprint Studio”), run by TechBridge Innovation, a company incorporated in Delaware, United States. By creating an account you agree to them. How we handle your information is set out separately in our Privacy Policy.
What the service does
Blueprint Studio interviews you about how your business works, maps where work is being lost, and writes a blueprint describing what could be automated and how. It is a design document produced to help you think and to brief whoever builds the software.
A blueprint is not professional advice. It is not legal, financial, tax or regulatory advice, and it is not a guarantee of any result. Decisions you take about your business remain yours. Check anything that matters before acting on it.
Your account
You need an account to use Blueprint Studio. Give us an email address you control, keep your access to it secure, and tell us if you think someone else has got into your account. You are responsible for what is done through it.
You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live, and not barred from using the service under applicable law.
Your content stays yours
Everything you put in — what you tell us about your business, your files — and the blueprints produced from it belong to you. We claim no ownership.
You give us only the permission we need to run the service for you: to store your content, to send it to the AI models that write your blueprint, and to show it to people you share it with. That permission exists to operate Blueprint Studio and for nothing else, and it ends when you delete the content.
What you put in
You are responsible for having the right to give us what you upload. Do not put into Blueprint Studio:
- Someone else's confidential information that you are not allowed to share.
- Personal data about other people beyond what your blueprint genuinely needs.
- Anything unlawful, or material you do not hold the rights to.
Using it properly
Do not:
- Try to reach other people's workspaces, accounts or data.
- Probe, overload or interfere with the service, or work around its limits.
- Resell access, or use the service to build a competing product.
- Use it for anything illegal, or to harm anyone.
What the AI writes
Blueprints are generated by AI models from what you tell us. The result can be wrong, out of date, or miss something. Read it with judgement, and tell us when something is off — the document is meant to be corrected and rewritten, not accepted as given.
Availability
We work to keep Blueprint Studio running but cannot promise it will always be available or fault-free. We may change, add to or withdraw features. If we make a change that materially reduces what the service does for you, we will tell you.
Ending it
You can delete your data or your account at any time from your account page. What happens then — including the 30-day window before erasure — is described in the Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or where we are required to. Except where something is seriously or repeatedly wrong, we will give you notice and a chance to put it right, and to take a copy of your work.
Liability
Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, we are not liable for lost profits, lost business, lost data or indirect losses arising from your use of Blueprint Studio, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change matters to you we will tell you before it takes effect. Continuing to use Blueprint Studio after that means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
TechBridge Innovation is incorporated in the State of Delaware, United States. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and the courts of Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
If you are a consumer, this does not take away any right you have to rely on the mandatory consumer-protection law of the country you live in, or to bring a claim in your local courts where that law gives you that right.
