Privacy Policy

This policy covers Automation Blueprints (“Blueprint Studio”), the service that maps how your business runs and writes a blueprint for automating parts of it. It is written to be read, not to be survived. If anything here is unclear, ask us and we will explain it.

The short version

• Your blueprints are yours. We do not sell them, share them, or publish them.
• We never use your data to train AI models — ours or anyone else's.
• You can download everything, and delete everything, whenever you want.
• Deleted work is erased for good after 30 days.

What we hold

What you tell us

What you say in the interview, the details of how your business works, the gaps and facts you record, and any files you upload as evidence. This is the substance of your blueprint.

What we need to run the service

Your email address and your name, so you can sign in and so we can write to you about your own account. If you sign in with a code, the code itself is never stored — only an unreadable hash of it, which is discarded once used.

What the system records

Ordinary technical logs: when requests happen, whether they succeeded, and errors. These exist so we can keep the service working and find out why when it breaks.

What we do with it

We use it to produce your blueprint and to run your account. That is the whole list. We do not profile you, sell you to anyone, or use your business information for advertising.

Training AI models

We do not use your data to train any model, and we never will. Your blueprint is written by Google's Gemini models running inside our own Google Cloud project under Google Cloud's terms, which do not permit your content to be used to train Google's models either. Your business information is used to answer your request and nothing else.

Who else touches it

Only the suppliers we need to run the service:

• Google Cloud — hosting, the database, file storage and the AI models that write your blueprint.
• SendGrid — delivering email, such as a sign-in code or a share invitation.

No one else. We do not pass your information to advertisers, data brokers or analytics companies.

Access to your work

Your workspaces and blueprints are not published and are not visible to other customers. Where we do access them, it is to run the service for you, to answer something you have asked us, or to diagnose and fix a fault — never to use your business information for any other purpose.

When you create a share link, whoever holds it can read what you shared, without an account if the link is public.

Sharing

A share link opens one blueprint, or one artifact from it, to whoever has the link. A public link needs no account. An invite link lets the person you name edit as well as read.

Deleting a share link takes effect immediately and permanently. Unlike your content, a revoked link is not recoverable — that is deliberate, because a link that could be restored would be a link that still works.

Deleting your data

There are three sizes of delete, all from inside the app:

• One thing — a blueprint, a project, or a whole workspace. Deleting something takes what it contained with it.
• All your data — every workspace, project and blueprint. Your account stays, so you can begin again.
• Your account — the above, and your sign-in details.

Whichever you choose, this is what happens:

• It disappears from the service straight away.
• Any share links pointing at it stop working at once and cannot be restored.
• We keep the content for 30 days, in case the deletion was a mistake. During that time you can restore it.
• After 30 days it is erased — the records from the database and the files from storage. At that point nobody can recover it, including us.

You can download everything you have as a single archive before deleting. We recommend doing that first.

How long we keep things

Your work stays until you delete it. Deleted work is erased after 30 days. Sign-in codes last five minutes. Technical logs are kept for a limited period for diagnosis and security.

We keep a record that a deletion happened — who asked, when, and when it was carried out — after the content itself is gone. That record is how we can show the deletion was done when we say it was.

Your rights

You can see your data, take a copy of it, correct it, and have it erased — all from your account page, without asking us. If you would rather we did it, or you want to object to something, write to us.
